Montserrat Scenes

Mont Serrat translates to the serrated mountain. The rock formations are always one of my favorite things to see. Montserrat is the location of the Monestary of Montserrat. There amidst the rocks is the cloister, Basilica, museum, and gift shop. There is also a funicular and tram station. Of great interest is the Virgin of Montserrat, a wood statue called the Black Virgin.
